We were so thankful to once again be given the opportunity to partner with City Impact as they serve the Tenderloin district in San Francisco, California. The Tenderloin district is known for its brokenness, however each time we go we find ourselves having such Holy encounters in the midst of so much heartache. Isn’t that the way that Jesus works? He meets us in our brokenness and brings goodness in the least likely places. Thank you City Impact for hosting our group and letting us partner with you as you serve and share Jesus with the beautiful people living within the Tenderloin. Thank you to our donors and prayer warriors who make trips like this possible. You are using your gifts to invest in the kingdom of God as our students learn to use their gifts to share the gospel to nations. I cannot wait for you to hear stories of how lives were changed for eternity. On this particular trip, we were excited to watch many of our students who accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord this past year pray for others for the first time and boldly proclaim the name of Jesus. Most importantly, thank you Jesus for giving us the opportunity to experience your love and share it with others. We can’t think of a better way to spend the week leading up to Easter.
