Mission Trips 2026-27

Mission trips have been at the heart of our ministry since the very beginning. Since 2006, our students have served in communities across the United States, learning that missions isn’t simply a week on the calendar—it’s a lifestyle of loving people, serving others, and pointing them to Jesus Christ.

This year, we’ll celebrate an exciting milestone as we take our 40th overall mission trip during Fall Break to Brooklyn, New York. Every trip is designed to help students grow in their faith, step outside their comfort zones, and experience the joy of sharing the Gospel.

Mission Trip Opportunities

New Orleans Mission Trip

(July 4^th Week)

Our annual New Orleans Mission Trip is one of the highlights of our ministry and provides many students with their first mission trip experience. Because we can accommodate a larger group, this trip gives more students the opportunity to experience serving, relational evangelism, and life-changing ministry.

Brooklyn, New York Mission Trip

(Fall Break)

Invitation Only

Our team nomally stays in Brooklyn while serving throughout New York City. Rather than partnering with a local ministry, our students spend the week engaging people through relational street evangelism in parks, public spaces, and neighborhoods throughout the city. They pray with people, listen to their stories, encourage them, and share the hope of Jesus one conversation at a time.

San Francisco Mission Trip

(Spring Break)

Students partner with one of our trusted ministry organizations that serves people in need throughout the San Francisco area. Alongside serving with our ministry partner, students also spend time sharing the Gospel through relational street evangelism, building relationships and praying with people throughout the city.

Los Angeles & Hollywood Mission Trip

(Late May)

Shortly after school ends each May, a small team travels to Los Angeles and Hollywood to serve alongside one of our long-time ministry partners. Students help meet practical needs, serve people experiencing homelessness, build meaningful relationships, and participate in relational street evangelism throughout the city.

Invitation-Only Mission Trips

Because of transportation, lodging, and the additional travel expenses involved, our Brooklyn, San Francisco, and Los Angeles mission trips are limited to approximately 10 students each.

These teams are formed by invitation and are intended for students who have demonstrated spiritual maturity, faithfulness, servant leadership, and a desire to share their faith. The smaller team size allows for deeper discipleship, stronger relationships, and meaningful ministry opportunities.

Our Philosophy

Our mission trips don’t begin when we board a plane or bus—they begin long before we leave home.

Throughout the year, our students participate in monthly relational outreach in Thomasville and summer outreach opportunities in Tallahassee. These local outreaches teach students that sharing their faith isn’t reserved for a mission trip—it’s part of following Jesus every day.

By the time students travel to New Orleans, New York City, San Francisco, or Los Angeles, they have already spent months learning how to start conversations, listen well, pray with others, and confidently share the Gospel. Our mission trips simply provide new places to put those lessons into practice.
