Recap - Bigstuf 2026

Posted on

One student surrendered her life to Christ at BigStuf 2026, and many others left with a renewed desire to follow Him more faithfully.

For the 21st year, we watched God work in incredible ways through BigStuf.

This year’s theme, Welcome to the Neighborhood, challenged us to see people the way Jesus sees them—not as ordinary, but as people created in the image of God.

One student wrote:

“The issue is not who is my neighbor, it’s who I am becoming.”

Another shared:

“God taught me to love my neighbor—not just the people who are easy to love, but even the people who hurt you the most.”

And another reflected:

“I learned to forgive, love, care, and be better for those around me.”

Throughout the week, students were challenged to move beyond a “what’s in it for me” mindset and instead live lives marked by service, compassion, and intentional love for others.

One student summed it up this way:

“It’s easy to fall into a consumer mentality, but Jesus calls us to serve others instead.”

We saw one student trust Christ for salvation, many students take significant steps in their faith, and countless conversations about what it means to follow Jesus daily.

Thank you to everyone who prayed, encouraged, and supported this trip. Because of your generosity, students had the opportunity to hear God’s Word, build meaningful relationships, and be challenged to live differently when they returned home.

We’re grateful for another incredible week and excited to see how God continues to work in the lives of these students.
