As we come to the end of this year, we are deeply thankful for how God has continued to move through The Walk Youth Group. What began over 21 years ago has grown into a place where students are learning to follow Jesus in real life.
This semester alone, 271 individual students attended youth events, which has been a huge blessing. At the heart of what we do is discipleship. Our high school students spent this semester studying the Book of Mark, looking closely at how Jesus taught His disciples, walked with them, and then sent them out. We believe discipleship has three parts—learning, growing, and going—and all three matter.
Through weekly Bible studies, monthly local missions, and four mission trips to major cities across the United States, students are given opportunities to put Scripture into action. These experiences stretch them, grow their faith, and help them learn how to share the hope of Jesus beyond church walls in real, everyday situations.
As we close out the year, we’re grateful for everyone who has prayed for, supported, and partnered with this ministry. Your generosity helps make discipleship, outreach, and mission opportunities possible for the next generation.
