Jesus washed the feet of His disciples as an act of humility and service, demonstrating the importance of serving others regardless of one’s position or status. This event, described in John 13:1-17, shows Jesus’ love and willingness to perform the most humble tasks to teach His disciples about the nature of true leadership and servanthood.

We are called to wash others’ feet to follow Jesus’ example of humility, love, and service. It symbolizes the act of serving others selflessly, putting their needs above our own, and fostering a spirit of community and equality. By washing others’ feet, we embody the values of compassion, humility, and servant leadership that Jesus taught.
