Our 6th Annual New York City Mission Trip is officially underway!
What an adventure the last 24 hours have been! Yesterday evening, our original flight out of Tallahassee was canceled because of the storm, leaving us scrambling to find another way to get our entire team of 12 to New York City.
Thankfully, we were able to book new flights out of Jacksonville. We left Thomasville around 11:30 last night and drove through extremely heavy rain, taking our time to get there safely. We were even concerned that some of our group might not make it onto the flight, but thankfully, everyone was able to travel together!
We’re now on our way to New York City, and we couldn’t be more excited about the opportunities ahead of us this week!
Thank you to everyone who has been praying for our team. Please continue praying for God’s guidance, direction, protection, and the opportunities He will give us to share His love with the people we meet.
We’re excited to see what God has planned for this week and are grateful for everyone who helps make these opportunities possible!
