Dear The Walk friends and families, Your donations over the last several months have gone towards bringing hope to our community in so many ways. After much thought and consideration we’ve decided that the Walk Youth group will postpone all youth activities for a couple of weeks. Our first intention is always to be there for you, your families, and your teenagers so know this was not an easy decision. 11th Annual Thanksgiving Day Outreach in Thomasville Time: 9 am to 12:30ish Where: Thomasville High School This is one of the events that we look forward to every year! We are meeting at Thomasville High School (315 S. Hansell Street) and it will probably last a couple of hours. We took 8 of our teenagers on a trip to Atlanta last weekend. On Saturday, we found a small park near the Ferris Wheel where lots of homeless live during the day. We prayed for homeless people in the park and the surrounding area for a couple of hours.
